Distemming and pressing of grapes followed by a cold settling of the must at a low temperature, fermented in French oak (Allier) barrels (all new) for a period of approximately 22 months, until the wine is ready.
To be drunk with:
A perfect companion to starters, seafood, even when richly seasoned. Drink at 9/10° C.

Bouquet: blanced, intense and fine fruity aromas, with notes typical of the varietal that match very well with the delicate boisï¿½ of the oak
Taste: full, harmonious, with good complexity and persistent after taste
