Vermentino is now being increasingly planted in the South of France. Permitted in a number of blends, it has here been produced as a varietal wine. Very bright gold with youthful green tints. The nose is predominantly citrus, with berry and slightly smoky notes. Remarkably rich on the palate, with good acidity, and a satisfying length.

Picpoul de Pinet ‘Hen Pecked’ Languedoc Roussillon South West France
Picpoul, with a lovely pale crystalline green robe, a pleasant nose with aromas of acacia and hawthorn flowers and great freshness, and a rich and generous palate with fine acidity.

The "L'Artisan" cuvées are the result of meticulous plot selections in the different vineyards and benefit from "tailor-made" cellar work. The result is a pure and intense expression of these vines, with elegant tropical fruit flavours on the nose and a rich, mellow wine with a good balance between acidity and buttery notes on the palate.
This Pinot Noir is harvested at night to preserve the maximum expression of the fruit. Aromas of small fresh and crunchy strawberries accompanied by a few morello cherries. We can say that it "pinotes", for our greatest happiness! The palate is very fresh, elegant and above all perfectly balanced. We find some spicy notes at the end of the palate to magnify the whole!
